Does this tell me if I qualify for PACE?
No. This readiness check organizes public roof-record signals and self-reported answers before provider verification. A PACE provider must verify eligibility, payment history, terms, disclosures, and approval.
Why do you check the property address first?
PACE availability is tied to the exact property jurisdiction. For roof projects, the lookup also helps separate permit-dated roof signals from lower-confidence year-built fallback data.
What information should I not enter here?
Do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details, mortgage account numbers, tax account logins, income documents, or signatures.
What happens after I submit?
The request is reviewed as a provider-verification candidate, manual-review case, non-PACE area, or needs-address-check case. If appropriate, it can be routed to the contractor/provider process.
