• Results may be incomplete, delayed, or based on a year-built fallback when no roof permit is matched.

What this site is not

• The site is not a roof inspection, contractor estimate, legal opinion, insurance determination, financing offer, loan application, or county certification.
• Roof Record Check does not provide financing, broker loans, approve applications, or represent a lender, PACE administrator, insurer, county, or government agency.

Contact requests

• Submitting a review request gives permission to be contacted about that roof-record review.
• Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing privacy@roofrecordcheck.com.

Acceptable use

• Use the lookup only for lawful property research.
• Do not scrape it, resell its output, or use it to make credit, insurance, employment, housing, or eligibility decisions.
