What we collect
- The property address and ZIP you type into the roof-record lookup, plus the result returned.
- Campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, postcard codes, click IDs, landing page, and referrer.
- Name, phone, email, contact preference, and consent when you request follow-up.
- Call-click and inbound-call event details when you tap or call a listed phone number.
- Basic analytics events used to understand whether the lookup is working.
How we use it
- To return public roof-record information for the address searched.
- To respond to a requested roof-record review or phone call.
- To measure campaign performance, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the service.
Sharing
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database.
- Google Analytics receives page and event measurement.
- Twilio carries phone calls, voicemail, and text alerts.
- The roofing contractor handling a requested review receives your contact details and result so they can respond.
- Roof Record Check does not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can ask what we hold about a property or person, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you.
- Email privacy@roofrecordcheck.com and say which address, phone number, or email the request relates to.
